Why should I choose PC Doctor?

All of our technicians are CompTIA A+ certified which means you are receiving service from experts who can quickly diagnose and fix your particular problem.

What if my computer can't be fixed?

No problem. Our promise is "No fix, no fee". If we cannot get your computer up and running again we don't charge you a penny.

I'm worried about documents and files of a sensitive nature stored on my computer that I prefer to keep private. How can I be sure they are safe?

Our technicians are only there to fix your problem as quickly as possible. The only parts of the computer that will be accessed are system files not personal documents, music, photos and video files.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. All the work performed by our technicians is fully guaranteed for 90 days from the date of service. Replacement parts, if required, are covered by the manufacturer waranty. Please note: Because user behavior is outside our control, system reinfection with virus's, malware, spyware or adware or any malicious code from either the Internet or your own software is not covered.

How much can I expect to pay?

Almost all Computer Services we offer such as maintenance, virus removal, installing new memory or system optimization are charged at a flat rate which means there are no surprises. Parts will be charged seperately and we will always call you with an estimate before proceeding. For all other work performed the standard hourly bench rate of $60 applies unless otherwise stated.
