Online Remote Support

Some services we provide can be performed right over the Internet providing your your computer is working and you have a high-speed Internet connection.

Once the session is initiated, you no longer have to be seated at your computer and you can go about your business while the work is being performed.

Online Remote Support is completely safe and secure. Our service uses the highest Internet encryption available.
 

Online Remote Support Session Setup

Step 1.

Online Remote Support requires prepayment with a credit card. Call: (631) 961-8679.

Step 2.

Click the button to start the download.

In the dialog box that pops up, click 'Save'

Step 4.

Now choose 'Run' to start.

Step 5.

The Quick Support program will be begin. You will be given an ID and a password which you need to give to your technician over the phone so they can gain control of your computer and begin the maintenance. This password expires after the session ends.
