Computer Restore

Depending on the severity of your computer's health we may not be able to perform maintenance to get it functioning properly again. In these circustances the only option is to wipe the computer clean and restore the factory settings. In many cases, this is the best solution provided you have your data backed up. Your computer will be returned to you as it came from the factory with a fresh install of the operating system supplied with your computer. Please ensure you give your technician all the system, software and installation CDs that came with the unit.
